What a blur I’ve been crazy busy since coming back from Canada. Which has been a fantastic and amazing journey. I’d finished a very challenging but rewarding project with Magician / Illusionist Mike Super & Craig Dickens, craig knocked the prop out of the park will be fascinating to see the staging and performance of this piece sometime soon. No word really yet on this but hope to be involved in some fashion or another.
I’m working again with Illusionist Stephen Knight on a massive undertaking with design of a new venue, stage architecture, new and original illusions and more.I’ve wrapped two projects recently with French Illusionist Olivier Helior with Pure Shores & custom design piece Elysium. Each of which is in negotiation and quote process for fabrication. Some massive but amazing props. Really going to be special pieces for Olivier. Was great to work with him.
Daniel Kane and I are back at it with a new prop called Serendipity which should be built here in the new year, we’re finalizing details for fabrication. I cant wait to see this piece finished its really going to be a special prop. The effect will be stellar. Some photos of Serendipity can be seen on the portfolio section (first three photos) .
Along with all of the above I’m working with a new client Edward Stone, which had done lots of work with builder Tim Clothier, we’d literally just wrapped a very innovative brand new illusion also to be built in the new year. So a handful of props being born to the magic world. Cant get any better than that.
I’ve wrapped works with David DaVinci working on a project recently helping him make an Asian Elephant appear surrounded by a crowd of thirteen spectators. This project was about a month long, and another month in planning then all came down to one day shooting, and another week or two in editing. Really came out amazing you can check it out below.
Going into 2011 continuing development of brand new and original concepts from Illusion Entertainment to be sold online and for VIP status. Just released a keepsake & illusion book on Illusional black-art techniques using our trademark effect “Mystique” as an example. A must for anyone seeking simple ways to offer high end magic in their show. Check that out in the store section.
Work continues with a handful of other clients as well as continued work on a huge project with David DaVinci into the new year.
